EDM is very pleased to have been appointed to provide Superintendent and Project Management services for significant alterations and additions to an existing commercial/warehouse property in Chippendale NSW.
The project when complete will be a bespoke, high quality building including a ground floor art gallery and artist/photography studio to the 2 upper floors.
The works comprise demolition (original external walls to remain), construction of a new basement, internal refurbishment and fit out, services upgrades, façade modifications, roof replacement and minor high quality civil works.
