Building D – new 90 bed high quality Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
EDM is again delighted to be working with Montefiore with the design and planning approvals for the latest improvements at M by Montefiore, Randwick.
The next stage, Block D is a new five storey building seniors living on the corner of Dangar and King Streets, consisting of basement car parking, ground level ILU lobby and community facilities and retail/ commercial/ community space fronting a public plaza. Upper levels will consist of independent living units and a small number of residential aged care rooms separately connected to the existing residential aged care facility.
